Return / Exchange Policy

At Buyzi.pk we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please read the policy below carefully.

Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for items that are damaged on arrival or when a wrong product was delivered.

  • The request must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags, packaging and accessories (if any).

  • For hygiene or safety reasons, certain items (e.g., opened cosmetics, personal care items) may be non-returnable — such exceptions will be noted on the product page.

No Refunds

  • Buyzi.pk does not offer refunds. If you do not wish to keep the product, you may exchange it for another product of equal or greater value.

  • If you choose a replacement product of greater value, you will be asked to pay the price difference before the new item is dispatched.

If You Received a Damaged or Wrong Item

  1. Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

  2. If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at buyzi.pk@gmail.com or +92 339 9002608. Please include your order number, photos of the damaged item and packaging, and a brief description of the problem.

  3. Once we verify the issue, we will provide return instructions and arrange an exchange. For verified damaged/wrong deliveries, Buyzi.pk will cover the return shipping cost or arrange pickup through our courier partner.

Exchanges for Other Reasons (Customer Changed Mind / Product Not Understood)

  • If you wish to exchange an item because it does not meet your expectations or you do not understand the product, exchanges are possible within 7 days, subject to the item being unused and in original condition.

  • In this case, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is not available, you may choose another product of equal or greater value (paying any price difference), or retain the original item.

How Exchanges Are Processed

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm the eligibility and process the exchange.

  • Processing time for exchanges is typically 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item. We will notify you by email/SMS with new shipping details once the replacement has been dispatched.

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Items returned without prior approval from Buyzi.pk may not be accepted.

  • Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or missing original tags/packaging are not eligible for exchange.

  • Clearance, final sale, or specially marked non-returnable items cannot be exchanged unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Lost or In-Transit Claims

  • If a shipment is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact us immediately so we can raise a claim with the courier. We may request proof or additional details to assist the investigation.
